1. Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are applicable within 3 days from the date of purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

2. Items Eligible for Refund:

Items eligible for refund with the following conditions
-- stamped original bill should be present
-- product should be unused in all aspects with original packing intact
-- all expenses incurred during refund/exchange will belong to the customer
-- it might take up to 2 weeks time for on serve to inspect, approve and process refund

3. Refund Process:

Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Please package the item securely and send it to the provided address.

4. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
