Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days within Karachi and 3 to 5 business days for outside Karachi (overland). Higher charges will be applied for earlier timelines.

2. Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Shipping Methods:

We offer various shipping options based on your location and the items in your order. You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.

4. Shipping Rates:

Delivery charges are Rs. 300 anywhere in Karachi.
Rs. 450 outside Karachi and free delivery on orders over Rs.15,000

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment using this tracking number.

6. Delays:

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or extreme weather conditions may affect delivery. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Delays caused by the courier company (e.g., transit delays, weather, or logistical issues) are beyond our control. We do not compensate for late deliveries but will assist in tracking your order upon request.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, changes to the shipping address or order contents may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
